Refund policy

Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Because our products are food, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, sealed and in their original condition.

How to return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original delivery charges are refunded for full order cancellations.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
