Any milk works, dairy or plant based. Plant milks are often sweetened, which changes the taste a little. Unsweetened almond milk is a team favourite.

We do not recommend it. Think of it like cereal with water instead of milk. Milk gives you the creamy taste and texture it is made for.

Around 240ml for a shake you can drink from the shaker. Use a little less if you like it thicker and spoonable.

No. The longer the oats soak the softer they get, and four to five hours in the fridge is plenty. Some people enjoy it straight away for a more textured bowl.

Yes, it is great warm too. Skip the overnight soak, mix a pouch with about 150ml of milk in a bowl and microwave for around a minute. Stir and enjoy.

Yes, that is how most people have it. It is an oat shake, so it drinks straight from the shaker without a spoon, with a hearty texture from the whole ingredients.

Our coffee flavours contain caffeine. Caffeinated flavours are tagged, so you can include or avoid them as you like.

Wellmade is a high protein breakfast, but everyone is different. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are buying for children, we recommend checking with your doctor or a dietitian first.

Unopened pouches last for many months. The best before date is printed on every pouch. Store them somewhere cool and dry.

Delivery is always free in the UK when you subscribe. One time orders get free UK delivery over £50, and for smaller orders the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

We aim to pack and send orders the same or next working day. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
